This U.S. project was our first cooperation with the client on fabricated sintered stone. The order quantity was not large, about half a container, but it was important because the client wanted to test our sintered stone processing ability before larger orders. The project included kitchen countertop pieces and matching backsplash panels, with vein continuity planned between the horizontal countertop and the vertical backsplash.
| Destination | United States |
| Client Type | First-time sintered stone fabrication client |
| Material | Engineered sintered stone |
| Application | Kitchen countertops and matching backsplash panels |
| Order Volume | About half a container |
| Key Proof | Installed photo, slab photo, size check, factory dry layout and processing video |
The installed project photo should be kept on this page because it is the clearest proof of the final result. The countertop and backsplash are not random separate pieces. The vein direction continues from the countertop surface to the backsplash panel, which shows our layout and fabrication control.
This project used a Calacatta White sintered stone with a beautiful light-and-dark vein movement. The slab is not a flat single-color pattern. Multiple mineral pigment tones were used to build the veining, so the surface shows layered gray movement, soft shadow, and a more natural transition across the countertop and backsplash pieces.
This kind of pattern is suitable for kitchens that need a clean white base but still want visible marble-look depth. More colors and slab styles are available in our sintered stone collection.
Before fabrication, we inspect each slab, measure the required dimensions, and keep the inspection photos in the project file. These photos are sent to the client for confirmation before cutting starts. Only after the client is satisfied with the slab condition, size check and layout direction do we move into fabrication. This makes the process visible, traceable and controlled from slab selection to finished pieces.
The video below shows sintered stone countertop and splash processing. Sintered stone is hard but brittle during fabrication. It cannot be processed exactly like traditional natural stone or engineered quartz. Cutting blades, machine settings, water cooling, support and handling need to match the material. For more basic material background, read what is sintered stone.
The order quantity was about half a container, but it was the client’s first test of our sintered stone fabrication ability. For this type of project, the value is not only the material itself. The client also needs to see whether the factory can plan the vein direction, cut the pieces correctly, match the backsplash with the countertop, protect the finished parts and prepare them for export.
The final installed photo proves that the countertop and backsplash worked together as one designed surface. This is the key point of the project and the reason this page should focus on fabrication evidence, not general material introduction.
