Excellent Stone is a stone slab supplier and fabrication factory established in 2002. Our processing plant and 30,000 m² slab warehouse are in Shuitou, Quanzhou, with our export office in Xiamen.
Shuitou is one of China's main stone trading and processing hubs, where domestic stone and imported materials from major producing countries are stocked, processed and traded. Our sourcing, slab storage and stone processing operate within this local stone-industry network.
Some materials come from quarry resources connected with our supply operation, while other blocks and slabs are selected from the Shuitou market lot by lot. For one material, we can usually compare several current selections at different appearance and price levels. We photograph individual slabs as well as complete lots so buyers can compare colour, veining and consistency before confirming an order. The quotation follows the selected material, product form and quantity.

Our material supply includes quarry resources such as Cinderella Grey, Phantom Grey and Desert Oasis, together with marble, granite and other materials selected from current blocks and slab lots in the Shuitou market. This allows buyers to compare source, grade, appearance and current price rather than purchasing only by a catalogue name.
Our 73-person team includes 58 production staff and five dedicated QC staff. The factory produces approximately 8,000 m² of finished fabricated pieces per month.
Production equipment includes CNC bridge saws, gang saws, slab and infrared cutting lines, wire saw, waterjet, a five-axis CNC centre and edge-polishing equipment. A dedicated layout floor is used where slab allocation, vein direction or project matching needs to be reviewed before cutting.
We supply slabs for wholesalers and fabricators, prefab countertops and vanity tops, and project cut-to-size fabricated according to approved drawings. Factory work includes cutting, polished and honed finishes, standard and custom edge profiles, undermount and drop-in sink openings, CNC shaping and waterjet processing.

We do not take site measurements and we do not install. Dimensions are supplied and confirmed by the buyer, contractor or fabricator, and we manufacture according to the approved project information.
We provide CAD and shop-drawing support based on client-supplied drawings and dimensions. Architectural drawings can be developed into production drawings, with revisions and redlines coordinated before fabrication.
Projects can be broken down room by room and piece by piece. Production sheets identify the required material, dimensions, finish, edge treatment, cutouts and piece numbers. Where colour movement, vein direction or continuity matters, pieces can be pre-laid before cutting so slab allocation follows the approved project arrangement.
Our working fabrication tolerances are approximately ±1 mm for thickness, ±1 mm for diagonal accuracy and ±0.3 mm for flatness.
Every fabricated project piece is measured before packing. Inspection covers dimensions, thickness, diagonal and flatness, together with surface condition, polish, edge processing, cutout position and piece identification. Inspection photographs and production records can be retained in the project file.
Each piece number continues through the product label, crate marking and packing list. Inspection records and loading records follow the same identification system, allowing an individual piece to be traced if a question arises after shipment.

Wholesalers and fabricators buy slabs from us for resale or fabrication in their own shops. Before the deposit, we can provide photographs and video of actual available lots rather than relying only on catalogue images. Buyers may also arrange third-party inspection at our warehouse or factory.
Mixed-container loading can combine several colours or materials, allowing importers to build stock without taking a full container of every individual stone.
Hotels, residential developments, public buildings and other projects usually purchase according to drawings, piece schedules and required delivery dates.
We quote fabricated work by piece, develop confirmed dimensions into production drawings, number components against the project breakdown and organise packing so pieces can be identified efficiently after arrival. Where workmanship needs to be checked before full production, a small trial batch can be produced first.
We supplied White Magnolia Marble architectural columns and carved stone components for a mosque project in Kazakhstan. The work involved drawing-based fabrication, repeated architectural components, carved details and organised production before the finished pieces were shipped for installation.
The project shows the full connection between project drawings, component fabrication, carving, factory organisation and the completed architectural installation rather than simple slab supply.
We supplied approximately 45,600 m² of White Wooden Marble trapezoid tiles for the Viceroy Hotel project in Dubai. The project combined large-volume stone supply with non-standard tile geometry, requiring organised material allocation, dimensional control and repeated production across a substantial quantity of pieces.
Approximately 600 m² of Cambodia G654 Granite was fabricated for seven residential swimming pools in Belgium. The supply included flamed pool paving and cut-to-size coping with rounded exposed edges, precut corner pieces and fabrication according to approved pool drawings.
Other project supply includes granite paving for hotel projects in Southeast Asia and White Wooden Marble and Cinderella Grey supplied for public-institution buildings.
Slabs are packed in reinforced stone bundles or frames, while fabricated pieces are protected in wooden crates appropriate to the product and shipment weight. Protective separation, edge protection and internal fixing are used according to the product form.
Before loading, we re-check quantity, piece identification and packing condition and retain container and loading records. For a confirmed production-quality or transport-damage issue reported after arrival, we review the relevant records and arrange remake, replacement, replenishment or another agreed resolution according to the confirmed issue.

SGS, CE and NSF reports or related product documentation are available for applicable materials and products. Because these documents are material-specific, tell us which stone or surface you are quoting and we will provide the relevant available report rather than a generic company certificate.

Stone supply and project fabrication depend on communication between material selection, sales, drawing coordination, production and QC. Our longest-running customer has worked with us for more than fifteen years, and many orders move from current slab selection through fabrication and shipment with the same team following the project.
