2700Lais Grey Marble is a Greek dolomitic stone with a light-grey to semi-white background and flowing darker-grey movement. Its pale field suits bright interior schemes, while the directional bands add structure to walls, counters and floor layouts. Large slabs, strips and thin-tile options support different scales of use.
Choose more open pale areas for a wall or bathroom that needs a quiet background. Stronger flowing bands are effective on longer panels and tops, where the movement can remain visible over a larger distance.

The 1800 × 600 / 700 mm strip formats suit narrower components, while 2800 × 1500 mm up slabs provide more freedom for large pieces. Combining a light selection with honed surfaces keeps the overall composition soft.

Lais Grey comes from Greece and is a dense dolomitic marble. Greek quarry and stone-industry sources place it around the Kokkinoghia / Drama area. The material typically combines a pale grey to semi-white field with darker grey directional bands and cloudy mineral movement.
Lais Grey is also traded as Lais Gray, Grigio Lais and Drama Grey.
Large formats include 2800 × 1500 mm up and 2400 × 1200 mm up. Narrower 1800 × 700 / 1800 × 600 mm strips support smaller pieces and efficient cutting layouts.
Slab thicknesses are 18 / 20 / 30 mm; the tile programme includes 10 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 20 mm options.

Choose square tiles in 600 × 600, 457 × 457, 400 × 400 or 305 × 305 mm, with 10 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 20 mm tile thickness options. Custom rectangular modules can be cut to your layout.
Custom floor tiles, wall pieces, vanity components, counters, and other shapes can be fabricated from drawings, BOQ, or a size list.
Polished and honed are the most consistent finish directions across Lais Grey suppliers. Polishing increases contrast between the pale background and darker flow; honing lowers reflection and is commonly used for floor and bathroom pieces.
Brushed and sandblasted surfaces provide textured alternatives for custom pieces.
The product images show a real range from darker, more strongly banded slabs to lighter selections. For a multi-slab area, the important variables are background brightness, direction of the darker flow, and the amount of dense grey movement across the required quantity.

Full-slab photos or video can be provided before approval. Once the slabs are cut into repeated pieces, a dry layout can be useful where vein direction and tone continuity will be visible after installation.

Lais Grey is used for interior floors, wall cladding, bathrooms, countertops, vanity components, table surfaces, and other architectural pieces. The directional pattern can also support vein-matched layouts when the selected slab sequence makes that possible.
Finished pieces are checked for dimensions, finish, edges, openings, and cutouts where applicable, then photographed before shipment. Export packing is selected according to whether the order is slabs, tiles, or fabricated pieces.
Our MOQ is 50 m² with a normal 25–35 day lead time, depending on material confirmation and fabrication scope. More related materials are available in our marble collection.
