G684 granite and G654 granite is the most popular granite for both exterior and interior wall cladding and flooring tiles.These granite can be treated as polished,flamed and antiqued finishes. This stone internationally may be nominated as a granite but in the area of application of the European Standard this stone must be nominated as a Quartz Diorite. During the polishing process a clear epoxy resin filler may be used to fill any micro fissures or tiny pitting however this does not affect the integrity of the stone, it merely provides an even smoother surface finish. G654 Granite is suitable for both interior and exterior use futhermore is frost resistant and with a constant polish.  G654 granite is an extremely economical granite and very popular for covering large paved areas. This is a very popular granite however a small sample of G654 granite may not be representative of the whole slab therefore swatch samples must be approved for large projects to ensure that the blocks are all extracted from the same quarry face for matching purposes. This U.S. project was our first cooperation with the client on fabricated sintered stone. The order quantity was not large, about half a container, but it was important because the client wanted to test our sintered stone processing ability before larger orders. The project included kitchen countertop pieces and matching backsplash panels, with vein continuity planned between the horizontal countertop and the vertical backsplash. Light-and-Dark Vein Calacatta White Sintered Stone This project used a Calacatta White sintered stone with a beautiful light-and-dark vein movement. The slab is not a flat single-color pattern. Multiple mineral pigment tones were used to build the veining, so the surface shows layered gray movement, soft shadow, and a more natural transition across the countertop and backsplash pieces. This kind of pattern is suitable for kitchens that need a clean white base but still want visible marble-look depth. More colors and slab styles are available in our sintered stone collection. Fabrication Proof: Slab, Measurement and Dry Layout Before fabrication, we inspect each slab, measure the required dimensions, and keep the inspection photos in the project file. These photos are sent to the client for confirmation before cutting starts. Only after the client is satisfied with the slab condition, size check and layout direction do we move into fabrication. The client is an engineering project customer in Chile. They ordered 3200 × 1600 × 20mm sintered stone slabs from Excellent Stone and planned to cut the slabs locally into kitchen countertops. The first order was shipped in December with one container. After reviewing the material direction and supply result, the client added two more containers in April. The order included white Calacatta-look sintered stone slabs with gold, gray and brown veining, including soft-gloss / satin and matte finish options. In this project, the client needed a Dekton-style material direction with better supply flexibility and cost control. The 3200 × 1600 × 20mm slab size gave the client enough layout space for local kitchen countertop cutting. The white Calacatta-look pattern helped create a high-end marble visual, while sintered stone kept the project cost more manageable than similar natural stone.
