This Chile project shows how sintered stone can work as a practical Dekton-style alternative material in local kitchen countertop fabrication. The client is an engineering project customer in Chile. They ordered 3200 × 1600 × 20mm sintered stone slabs from Excellent Stone and planned to cut the slabs locally into kitchen countertops.
The first order was shipped in December with one container. After reviewing the material direction and supply result, the client added two more containers in April. The order included white Calacatta-look sintered stone slabs with gold, gray and brown veining, including soft-gloss / satin and matte finish options.

These photos show the actual slab direction prepared for the Chile order. The client selected white Calacatta-look sintered stone with gold, gray and brown veining. The bookmatch-style visual was an important value point, especially when compared with natural stone in a similar vein style.
Before packing, we recorded slab size and thickness in the warehouse. The project used 3200 × 1600 × 20mm slabs, so length, width and thickness confirmation helped the client verify the supplied material before container loading.
Dekton is a strong branded compact surface, but it is not the only option in high-performance slab applications. In this project, the client needed a Dekton-style material direction with better supply flexibility and cost control.
The 3200 × 1600 × 20mm slab size gave the client enough layout space for local kitchen countertop cutting. The white Calacatta-look pattern helped create a high-end marble visual, while sintered stone kept the project cost more manageable than similar natural stone.

The repeat containers also included more slab patterns beyond the first Calacatta-look options. These additional photos show wider product selection prepared for the Chile client, including dark bookmatch-style slabs and white marble-look slabs with gold-gray veining.
Besides these displayed slabs, we can provide more sintered stone colors and project photos according to your required style, finish and application. Contact us to request more sintered stone slab photos.
The slabs were separated and prepared in wooden bundles before loading. Because the order included different finishes and patterns, clear grouping and labeling helped reduce confusion when the client received the shipment.
Before shipment, the slabs were wrapped with protective film and packed in wooden bundles. The loading photos gave the client visible proof of the packing condition before sea shipment to Chile.
The strongest proof of this project is the repeat order. The client first ordered one container in December, then added two more containers in April. This shows that the slab appearance, 18mm thickness, local cutting suitability, packing method and commercial value were accepted by the client.
The Chile client received real 3200 × 1600 × 20mm sintered stone slabs for local kitchen countertop fabrication. The finish options and marble-look patterns gave them more flexibility for different kitchen styles, while the bookmatch effect added strong visual value.
This project also proved that Excellent Stone can support Dekton alternative slab supply with real slab photos, size and thickness checks, protective film, wooden bundle packing, container loading photos and repeat shipment support.
Send us your Dekton reference, preferred marble-look color, slab size, thickness, finish and project quantity. We can recommend suitable sintered stone slabs and support wooden bundle packing for your local countertop fabrication project.
