Hermes Grey is a Turkey-origin natural marble with an irregular network of white and light-grey veins. Some slabs have a dense, closely connected pattern over a dark-grey base. Others show a lighter ash-grey background with more open areas between the veins.
The difference becomes more noticeable when several slabs are installed together. A dark, densely veined selection creates a busier surface; a lighter selection gives the grey background more visual space. For large walls or repeated pieces, selecting slabs from the same approved group helps control the overall appearance.
The material is also traded under names such as Hermes Gray, Hermes Ash and Luna Hermes Grey. Our selection on this page is Turkey-origin marble.
Regular Hermes Grey slabs start at approximately 2400 × 1400 mm, with 18mm as the standard thickness. Larger dimensions and other thicknesses depend on the available blocks and production requirements.

Dimensions are reference ranges rather than guaranteed dimensions for every slab. Exact lengths, widths, thickness and quantities are confirmed against the selected material.
For a cut-to-size order, nominal slab dimensions alone are not enough to calculate material yield. The cutting plan also depends on the usable area, finished-piece dimensions, vein direction and any areas excluded during slab selection. We can provide slab-by-slab measurements and quantities for review before material allocation.
A small Hermes Grey sample can establish the general color, but it cannot represent every slab in a shipment. For a wholesale bundle or project requiring several slabs, full-slab selection is more useful.
The main points to review are:
For large wall panels, consecutive slabs can be considered when the cutting sequence permits. Bookmatched layouts also depend on the available slab sequence and must be confirmed before fabrication. Full-slab photos or videos can be provided to support material approval.
Polished Hermes Grey Marble has a reflective surface that makes the white vein network more distinct against the grey background. It is suitable for decorative wall panels, slab displays and interior surfaces where the natural pattern is intended to stand out.
Honed Hermes Grey Marble has lower reflection, allowing the grey background and vein network to appear softer. It can work with matte interior finishes or projects requiring a less reflective stone surface.
Sandblasted Hermes Grey Marble provides a more textured surface. The finish changes how both the grey background and white veins appear. Finish samples should be approved when surface texture and visual consistency are important.
Surface finish does not eliminate natural marble's sensitivity to acidic substances or staining. Flooring and wet-area applications also require suitable slip-performance and installation decisions rather than relying on finish names alone.
Excellent Stone supplies Hermes Grey in slabs for stone distributors, importers and fabricators. We also process project pieces from approved slabs, including tiles, wall panels, stair components and custom countertops.
For repeated cut-to-size orders, the finished dimensions, cutting direction, quantity and edge requirements can be reviewed together before production. This connects the selected slab material to the finished-piece schedule rather than treating the slab order and fabrication order separately.
Related product options:
For wholesale slab orders, we can review the required dimensions, thickness, finish and quantity against the available material. Full-slab photos or videos help establish the acceptable grey tone and vein distribution before allocation.
For fabricated orders, drawings and cutting schedules help identify the required slab quantities and any pieces where vein direction or visual matching matters. Finished dimensions, edge details and surface condition can then be checked against the approved requirements.
Our normal production lead-time reference is approximately 25–35 days, depending on order quantity and fabrication requirements. Exact material availability, minimum order quantity and shipping schedule are confirmed with the quotation.

The Hermes Grey Marble Slabs supplied on this page are Turkey-origin natural marble. China-origin New Hermes Grey is treated as a separate material.
Regular slabs start at approximately 2400 × 1400 mm, with 18mm standard thickness. Other sizes and 20mm or 30mm thicknesses can be discussed according to material availability and project requirements.
Bookmatching is possible when the available slab sequence and cutting arrangement support the required pattern. The selected slabs and proposed layout should be reviewed before production.
Yes. Full-slab photos or videos can be provided for review of color, veining, slab size and surface condition before cut-to-size production.
No. They are separately sourced materials. Their appearance, slab dimensions and supply conditions should be compared individually rather than relying on the shared Hermes Grey trade name.
