Brazil White Crystal Customized Cabinet

Brazil White Crystal Marble is used here to create a complete floor-standing bathroom vanity cabinet rather than only a stone vanity top. The unit combines a rectangular integrated marble basin, a smooth exposed side panel and two vertically fluted cabinet doors. The opposite side is designed to close against the wall, so the visible marble surfaces and cabinet configuration are planned around the actual installation condition before fabrication. Brazil White Crystal Marble Appearance on the Vanity

Brazil White Crystal Marble has a soft milky-white background with cloudy crystalline movement rather than strong linear grey veining. On this vanity, the material is used in two contrasting surface treatments: broad smooth areas preserve the natural crystal movement, while the fluted cabinet doors divide the same white marble into repeated vertical bands of light and shadow.

This combination works particularly well on a compact vanity. The integrated basin and exposed side remain visually calm, while the fluted front gives the cabinet stronger depth and architectural definition without relying on heavy veining.

Because Brazil White Crystal is natural marble, background tone and crystalline movement vary between slabs. We therefore select the actual production material before cutting and allocate the cleaner, better-balanced areas to the most visible surfaces.

Custom Fluted Marble Bathroom Vanity Cabinet Configuration

This product is a floor-standing bathroom vanity with a single rectangular integrated stone basin and two front cabinet doors.

The visible configuration includes:

• a smooth marble basin and top section;
• two vertically fluted marble cabinet doors;
• a smooth marble finish on the exposed side;
• a wall-facing side finished according to the installation condition;
• a recessed horizontal junction between the basin section and cabinet front.

The two doors meet at the center and use the same vertical flute direction. On this type of cabinet, the front must be treated as one visual composition rather than as two independent stone panels.

Uneven groove spacing, a shifted center joint or inconsistent flute direction is immediately visible on the finished vanity. We therefore control both doors together during layout and fabrication.

The vanity is produced to project dimensions rather than one fixed standard size. For preliminary planning, common vanity dimensions in the market include approximately 25" × 22", 31" × 22", 37" × 22", 49" × 22" and 61" × 22", while larger layouts may be around 72" × 24". These are planning references rather than fixed Excellent Stone specifications; final width, depth and height follow the cabinet opening, basin proportions, storage requirements and approved project drawing.

Integrated Marble Basin and Plumbing Interfaces

The basin is integrated into the stone top so that the washing area and exterior marble surfaces form one coordinated unit. This requires the basin geometry and plumbing interfaces to be resolved before stone cutting.

For production, we confirm:

• basin length, width and depth;
• basin position within the vanity;
• drain location;
• faucet installation type;
• deck-mounted faucet hole positions when required;
• overflow requirement when applicable;
• plumbing clearance inside the cabinet.

These details are not secondary accessories. They determine the stone openings, internal clearances and usable cabinet space. A drain or faucet position changed after fabrication can conflict with the cabinet structure or require unnecessary site modification. Sanitary fitting information should therefore be fixed before the production drawing is approved.

The integrated basin also creates narrower stone sections around the opening and additional joints within the basin structure. These areas require controlled fabrication and support rather than being treated in the same way as a simple flat vanity top.

Exposed Side, Wall-Facing Side and Site Fit

This vanity is designed with one fully visible stone side and one side that closes against the wall.

The exposed side receives a complete smooth Brazil White Crystal Marble finish because it remains part of the visible composition. The wall-facing side does not require the same decorative marble treatment. This condition must be identified before stone allocation and cutting.

For custom production, we confirm whether the vanity is:

• open on the left or right;
• installed against one wall;
• installed in a corner;
• fitted between two walls;
• subject to a wall return or restricted side clearance.

These conditions directly affect which panels require finished marble surfaces, where joints can be positioned and how much stone is required.

The exposed-side treatment should not be decided after the cabinet has already been fabricated. It is a cutting-layout decision and belongs at the start of production planning.

Marble Selection, Flute Alignment and Fabrication

Material selection and cutting layout are handled together because the basin, exposed side and two cabinet doors do not have the same visual requirements.

We review the available Brazil White Crystal Marble for:

• overall background tone;
• crystalline movement;
• visible natural markings;
• consistency between adjacent finished surfaces.

The broad exposed side should receive a visually balanced section of marble because it shows the material with minimal interruption.

The fluted doors require a different judgment. Their appearance depends less on conventional bookmatching and more on groove consistency, vertical direction and center alignment. For this product, the two front doors are fabricated and checked as one matched front elevation.

Key fabrication controls include:

• consistent flute spacing;
• continuous vertical direction;
• accurate alignment at the center joint;
• clean finished door edges;
• balanced marble tone between both doors;
• clean transition from the smooth basin section to the fluted front;
• controlled exposed corners and visible joints.

For a fluted stone cabinet, front alignment can matter more than traditional vein matching. Even a quiet marble becomes visually uneven when the groove rhythm breaks across the center joint. The exact flute dimensions can be adjusted to the approved design, but spacing and alignment must remain consistent across the complete front.

Drawing-Based Custom Marble Vanity Production

After the product configuration, plumbing interfaces and site conditions are confirmed, we convert them into the production drawing. The drawing becomes the fabrication reference used to coordinate marble cutting, cabinet structure and final assembly.

We do not treat the basin, cabinet doors and marble panels as separate items that are coordinated later. They are fixed within the same approved production drawing so that the finished vanity can be checked as one complete unit.

Factory Assembly, QC and Export Packing

Final QC focuses on the areas that directly affect installation fit and visible quality.

Before shipment, we check:

• overall dimensions against the approved drawing;
• basin dimensions and drain position;
• exposed-side marble finish;
• alignment of the two cabinet doors;
• flute spacing and vertical consistency;
• center and other visible joints;
• marble surface condition;
• cabinet door opening and closing;
• finished edges and corners.

Where practical, the complete vanity is assembled and checked in the factory before packing. This allows alignment, fitting and visible joint issues to be corrected before shipment rather than left for site installation.

Packing is designed around the vulnerable parts of the finished unit. Basin corners, exposed marble edges, the smooth side panel and fluted cabinet-door surfaces require additional protection because damage in these areas is difficult to repair without affecting the finished appearance.
