Hot Bent Sintered Stone Integrated Basins are formed from a single slab, so the countertop and the bowl are one continuous surface with no glue seam. Excellent Stone is a sintered stone basin manufacturer in China, supplying hot bent sintered stone basins to bathroom cabinet makers, importers, wholesalers and hotel and apartment projects. If you are sourcing a seamless sintered stone sink, an integrated sintered stone wash basin or a vanity with integrated sink, this is the product.

The pattern of the slab runs from the countertop down into the bowl. That continuous veining is what separates a true hot bent integrated basin from a top with a separate sink attached underneath it.

What Is a Hot Bent Sintered Stone Basin?

In hot bending, a sintered stone slab is heated until it can be shaped, then formed into the bowl and cooled. The bowl is not cut out and glued in. It is the same slab as the countertop around it, which is why this product is also called an integrated sintered stone sink, a one-piece basin or a seamless sink.

Hot Bent Integrated Basin or Top with an Undermount Sink?

Hot bent integrated basin Sintered stone top with undermount sink
Bowl material Sintered stone, same slab as the top Separate sink, usually ceramic
Joint between top and bowl None, no glue seam A visible joint around the bowl
Pattern Continues into the bowl Stops at the sink cut-out
Look One continuous surface Stone top with a white or colored bowl
Cleaning No seam for dirt to collect in The joint needs regular wiping

Why Choose an Integrated Sintered Stone Basin

  • Seamless surface: no glued joint between bowl and countertop, and nowhere for soap and dirt to build up along a seam.
  • Continuous veining: the pattern flows into the bowl, giving the integrated basin the look of a carved stone sink.
  • Scratch resistant: a sintered stone basin handles daily use in homes, hotels and apartments.
  • Heat resistant: hot water and hot hair tools are not a concern for the surface.
  • Resin free: sintered stone contains no resin, so it is a direct alternative to a quartz stone basin.

Integrated Basin Shapes and Edge Styles

A hot bent sintered stone basin is not limited to one bowl. Bowl shape, bowl position, front edge and finish can all change with the design of your vanity.

Oval and Soft-Cornered Bowls

Soft bowl shapes drain well and are easy to wipe clean, and they suit a long countertop with the bowl set to one side.

Curved Front Edge

Hot bending can also curve the front of the top, so the edge rolls down instead of ending in a square corner.

Deep Block Front

A deep front apron makes the basin read as a solid block of stone, a strong look for a floating vanity or a hotel bathroom.

Sintered Stone Basin Manufacturer for Cabinet Makers and Importers

The integrated basin top can be bought on its own, without a cabinet, mirror or shelf. That makes it a useful component for bathroom cabinet factories and brands that build their own vanities and want a sintered stone basin to sit on top. For sintered stone basin wholesale orders, importers can stock standard ESB sizes, and hotel and apartment projects can repeat one basin across many rooms.

FAQ

Are sintered stones good for basins?

Yes. Sintered stone is scratch resistant, heat resistant and resin free. Formed by hot bending, it gives a basin with no seam between the bowl and the countertop.

Is a sintered stone sink a good alternative to quartz?

Yes. A quartz stone basin contains resin, while sintered stone does not. This makes the sintered stone basin a practical replacement for buyers who want a stone look with better heat resistance.

Does sintered stone break easily?

No. In normal bathroom use it is a hard, durable surface. A sharp knock on an edge can chip it, so basins need careful handling during shipping and installation.

Can you put hot things on a sintered stone basin?

Yes. Sintered stone is heat resistant, so hot water and everyday hot items will not damage the surface.

What is the downside of an integrated sink?

Because the bowl and top are one piece, the bowl cannot be swapped on its own. For most buyers the seamless surface and easier cleaning outweigh that.

Can I buy the basin without the cabinet or mirror?

Yes. The integrated basin top can be purchased on its own. If you also want a lower shelf, list it in your quotation request.
