Our engineered quartz is inspected according to internal production standards covering slab surface quality, size tolerance, thickness tolerance, flatness, edge straightness, color consistency, and packing condition.

Q2: How do you control slab quality?

Each slab is checked during production and before packing. Our QC team inspects the front side and back side to make sure every slab meets the required quality level before delivery.

Q3: What surface defects are checked?

We check corner chips, cracked edges, pin holes, bubbles, impurities, porous spots, scratches, fissures, water marks, grooves, and color difference.

Q4: Are scratches, fissures, water marks, or grooves allowed?

Scratches, fissures, water marks, and grooves on the front surface are not allowed under our inspection standard.

Q5: How do you control color difference?

For the same item in the same lot, no color difference is allowed. For the same item from different lots, there should be no obvious color difference when matched with the sample.

Inspection is done by visual checking at around 60cm from the surface, together with measuring tools such as tape and vernier caliper.

Quartz slabs are packed in strong seaworthy fumigated wooden bundles. Countertops and cut-to-size pieces are packed with wooden pallets or crates, with protective materials.

Yes. Slabs are protected with plastic film before packing.

Q3: How many slabs are packed in one wooden crate?

According to the packing file, normally 16 pcs for 2cm slabs and 10 pcs for 3cm slabs are packed in one wooden crate.

Q4: How do you prevent movement inside the container?

Wooden strips are reinforced inside the container to prevent wooden bundles from moving during transportation. Steel lines may also be reinforced from the wooden bundle to the container.
